Manage usage rights for subscriptions
You manage the usage rights for the add-ins subscribed to for a Bimplus team via the Bimplus team administration.
How to manage the usage rights for a Bimplus add-in
→ You have accessed the BIMPLUS web portal and logged in (see "Logging in to the BIMPLUS web portal")
→ Are you a team owner or team administrator of the Bimplus team?

Call up Subscriptions & users by clicking on
Team members in the navigation menu.
You should now see the Allplan Shop and the licenses available for the currently selected team in different tabs.

Only if you are the owner or administrator of several Bimplus teams:
Use the list field under List of available teams to select the team for which you want to view, grant or revoke usage rights. -
Select the tab for the subscription whose usage rights you want to view, grant, or revoke.
You can see the members of the current Bimplus team and all employees of your company who are registered users of Allplan Connect.

Select the checkbox in the Accesscolumn for the member in question to grant them the right to use the selected license.
Or:
In the row of a member, deactivate the checkbox in the Accesscolumn to revoke the user authorization for the selected license.
Note: The authorized person may have to log out and log in again for the change in authorization to take effect. -
If you have subscribed to an add-in that requires the installation of a plug-in necessary for the add-in (e.g. the MS Excel add-in or the MS Project add-in), forward the e-mail with the order confirmation to the authorized person if necessary (see "Installing plug-ins").
